I Love shooting people

Sunrise in Kruger National Park.

Its been a year since my last blog, I feel energized I feel its a new day for me.
I had to take sometime off and really think about what I was doing, why I was shooting the way I did and really develop and rediscover my own style of photography. My goal was to get myself out of the run of the mill.
I would like to think that my photographic style is simple authentic, fun, Romantic, timeless meaningful and unobstructive. I love shooting in natural light.
I relish in the stolen moments in life – the loving glances, tender kisses, shared laughter and joyful tears – the relationships between people.
I am really looking forward to sharing with you once again my conversations and experiences shooting weddings, families, people from all walks of life.

Thank you for checking in, Have an awesome day.

The Wedding of Kevin and Victoria

Kevin and Victoria's Day had finally come and we headed to Rivonia boulevard. The weather was bad and rain was pouring all afternoon. Thankfully for us and for the bride and groom, when the time came the skies cleared up and it turned out beautiful.

Rodney & Lebo wedding

We recently had the pleasure of photographing our first wedding in one of the oldest townships in Johannesburg, Alexandra. I love township weddings because they are dynamic, the music, the street dancing and the good old songs: its just fascinating.
Here are some of our favorite photographs from Rodney & Lebo's big day.
